We hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out with a friendly reminder regarding our appointment policies, as we have recently experienced an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows. Our goal is always to be respectful of everyone’s time—our clients and our stylists alike—while ensuring the best possible salon experience for all.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the service(s) booked.
- No-show appointments may be charged 100% of the service(s) booked.
Payment of Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees may be settled in any of the following ways:
- Over the phone
- In person at the salon
- Via an online payment link sent to you by email
Please note that unpaid cancellation or no-show fees may result in the inability to book future appointments until the balance has been settled. This helps us maintain fairness and availability for all guests.
Appointment Reminders & Accountability
To help hold everyone accountable for their scheduled appointments, Blueprint Hair Studio provides the following reminders:
- An initial confirmation at the time of booking
- A second reminder 2 days prior to your appointment
- A phone call if your appointment has not been confirmed through our online booking platform
We believe this system works best, as we aim to keep communication clear and effective without overwhelming you with excessive calls or reminders.
Moving or Adjusting Your Appointment
Should you wish to move or adjust your appointment, you may do so up to 24 hours in advance through any of the following:
- Our online booking platform
- The Blueprint Hair Studio App
- Calling the salon at 441-232-2583
- Emailing us at info@bphairstudio.com
While having your stylist’s personal phone number is handy, please note that this will not be an acceptable method of cancelling or rebooking appointments within the 24-hour policy window. We know you love your stylists—and trust us, they love you too—but for scheduling purposes, the main point of contact must always be the salon directly.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in your appointment being rescheduled. If your stylist has a client scheduled immediately after your appointment, we do not want to hinder another guest’s pre-scheduled service.
If a stylist is able to still accommodate a late arrival beyond 15 minutes, a $20 late fee will be applied to the service.
Multiple & Modified Services
- If you have booked multiple services, we kindly ask that you confirm with your stylist what you will be having done so that timing and pricing remain accurate.
- If you wish to change or remove a service on the day of your appointment, you may still be charged for the originally scheduled service(s), as these time slots may not be able to be filled.
- If you would like to add services to a single-service appointment, we are happy to try to accommodate this if your stylist’s schedule allows. If not, we will gladly book the additional service for the next available date.
Our Commitment to You
We also want to acknowledge that, on occasion, our team may run slightly behind schedule—and we are actively working on this. If your initial appointment is delayed by more than 15 minutes, we are happy to offer 10% off your service as a courtesy.
